- A robust and custom developed easy-to-use secure E-Commerce store which includes a robust and feature rich Content Management System (CMS) to manage the numerous products and their individual options. A custom graphic design that is easy to navigate and quick to load enables potential customers to quickly locate and purchase the sandals they are looking for. A high-level custom graphic design matches the feeling for the Sensi brand.
Concepts & Planning:
The Sensi project began as a website redesign. The owners wanted a new graphic design that better matched with the brand as well as enhanced eCommerce and back-end integration capabilities. NetCraft outlined the site navigation with Visio diagrams and showed numerous graphical mock-up sketches showing possible layouts. Once the site outline and 'motif' were approved, development on the new Sensi.com site began.
User Interface Features:

- View sandal details including color options available and a dynamic element that shows what specific sizes are available per color
- Add multiple items with options to the shopping cart
- Securely submit billing and shipping information

Content Management System & Back-end Feature Set:
The back-end content management system (CMS) at Sensi.com enables the administrator to manage their available inventory and product orders. Other features include:
- Back-End Integration: NetCraft custom built a middleware tool that interfaces with Sensi's in-house inventory management system. This module allows the web site inventory to stay matched with actual inventory available.
- Catalog: This module allows the administrator to enter and manage the products and accessories sold on the Sensi.com website. Each product has a host of individual attributes that are easily edited via drop down menus and other form fields. Products can quickly be taken offline via a 'pause' state if a product becomes temporarily unavailable. Pictures are easily uploaded and thumbnail images auto-generated by the CMS software.
- Order Management: This module allows for complete order management of existing and past customer orders. New order notifications are sent to the client via email. The details of the order are logged into the CMS for client management. A confirmation email summarizing the order is also sent to the customer. A unique order identification number allows each order to be quickly located.
- Promotion Management: This module allows the client to define special codes that are linked to percentage discounts. These codes can be used by a customer during check-out which will generate the appropriate discount. Reports can be run by code and date range to indicate frequency of use, total dollars saved for Return-On-Investment (ROI) reporting purposes.
Ongoing Support:
After the Sensi website was complete, NetCraft continues to provide as needed support. Support activities include: new feature implementation, existing feature tweaking per client request, patch application and other web consulting tasks.
